At BLU Rose Tech, we understand the importance of having a reliable and secure ICT system. That's why we offer onsite consultations to our clients to get a better understanding of their needs. During the consultation, we'll visit your site to scope out the work and provide you with a customized quote. With our flexible pricing, you'll only be charged for the time we're onsite, in convenient 30-minute intervals, plus another 30 minutes to compile the information to provide you with the quote. To ensure we can dedicate the appropriate time and resources to each client, we require a $5 booking fee that goes towards paying the total consultation cost. If you choose to proceed with our services, this cost will simply be included in your overall quote. 2) This small booking fee helps us schedule consultations efficiently and avoid conflicts, minimizing wait times and ensuring you receive prompt service. 3) The $5 fee is partially refundable upon completion of your consultation, showing our commitment to fair practice and valuing your time. To cancel your appointment, please contact us at rose@brttx.com at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time to receive your refund ($5 + tax - the online transaction fee). 4) For those hesitant about a booking fee, we offer a free introductory call to discuss your needs and determine if our services are a good fit for your specific ICT needs. Please schedule a Free Consultation (found in "Our Services"). 5) The most we will bill this service for is 2 hours, even if we may take longer than that to finish the consultation and/or your quote. Time is valuable, but a quote shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.
